I can only conceive of facilitating from a place of honesty, respect, and commitment. I feel that the most powerful energy is that of the heart, and for me, working with energy is a form of love.

I am Sònia Grau, a Certified Kundalini Activation Energy® facilitator, trained by the International Energy School.

My sessions are held in person in Barcelona. In the kundalini activation sessions, I accompany you on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. If you feel it, I look forward to seeing you at the next session.

I accompany people who seek to reconnect with their vital energy and open themselves up to processes of self-knowledge, transformation, and inner balance.

In my sessions, I facilitate a safe and conscious space in which energy is activated naturally, allowing the body and consciousness to find their own path towards harmony and well-being.

I work from a place of presence, respect, and trust in the energetic process.

I offer in-person sessions in Barcelona, aimed at those who feel the need to deepen their understanding of themselves and live with greater clarity, connection and openness.
